International Shipping Note

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Most products in new condition can be returned for a full refund or exchange, with important exceptions for safety and hygiene reasons.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
2 Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
3 Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
4 Ship Your Return
Ship your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Food items (from our Food category)
  • First Aid Kits with broken seals or used components
  • Care & Proofing products that have been opened
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Products without original packaging and tags

Damaged or Defective Items
